The Asia Brand Research Institute, a big data evaluation agency, announced on the 5th that BTS was selected as the winner of the K-POP idol category of the ‘2026 K-Brand Index Star Awards’. The 2026 K-Brand Index Star Awards K-POP Idol category is the result of analyzing 12,621,778,969 online big data items from January 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026, targeting the top 30 search volumes on portal sites. This year’s awards rankings were calculated by combining the results of existing big data analysis with the official voting results conducted through the fandom voting platform ‘Stardom’. BTS took first place in the K-POP Idol category of the 2026 K-Brand Index Star Awards, while Stray Kids (2nd), Seventeen (3rd), Zerobase One (4th), Playbe (5th), Blackpink (6th), Espa (7th), Rise (8th), Ive (9th), and ATEEZ (10th) were named in the TOP 10.
